¿Quien es quien en Internet 2.0?

¿Piensa que la adquisición de Murdoch de Dow Jones es algo preocupante? Entonces usted no ha hechado una ojeada al scorecard de Google últimamente. En el último año, Google ha estado a la caza y nabbing algunas de las herramientas más innovadoras de las comunicaciones. Entre el grupo: GrandCentral, Feedburner, Panoramio, sistemas tónicos, medios de Adscape... la lista se enciende.
Unas semanas atrás, comencé a compilar las listas de las compañías importantes de los medios y de sus adquisiciones. No estoy sorprendido generalmente oír que un reparto pasado con... el aviso de DoubleClick no osciló el mundo digital de los medios. Pero cuando miro a compañías en forma agregada, eso me da pausa. Somos en cuestión tan darn sobre lo que hará Rupert al diario, qué la voluntad sucedió a siguiente selecto de las épocas, si o no los reporteros deben ser permitidos al blog que estemos perdiendo de vista el cuadro de vista más grande. La figura central en ese cuadro es Google, que a propósito está cercando $4 mil millones para tener el acceso abierto al espectro sin hilos. El futuro de medios está no solamente sobre el contenido, él está sobre entrega. Mientras que los jurnos están ocupados el discutir alrededor si o no permitir comentarios del visitante sobre sus Web site, otras compañías son mudanza full-speed a continuación con modelos radicalmente diversos del negocio. Están pensando ampliamente: aggregator + búsqueda + contenido + móvil + juego = sustainability. Pulse tan ese párrafo arriba. Está sobre contenido, y el contenido ahorrará en última instancia el periodismo. Se parece a mí que la cosa más elegante para que hagamos es desarrollar maneras alternativas de comunicar noticias a los consumidores - y de pensar de convergencia en términos de la amplia consumición de los medios, más bien que papel-difundio' sociedades.
